CAD ATE Engineer

• Create software solutions that improve the hardware post-silicon testing process through automation
• Propose, design and implement software automation that directly addresses bottlenecks in today's post-silicon test flow
• Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of industry experience with high performance, systems, and debugging
• 5 years of experience in ATE tools, flows and methodologies

• Excellent software skills and design practices
• Experience in ATE test method library development
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and functional programming
